		<description>Absolutely.  You could also add some whole grain toast or oatmeal, depending on how far (or long) you&#039;re running.  It&#039;s important to replace the carbohydrates that were stored in your muscles after an intense exercise session (anything over 90 minutes).  Thanks for contributing!</description>
